PA Link Survey - We Need Your Input

Dear Colleague,

The PA Department of Aging’s Aging and Disability Resource Office was awarded an Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) grant for 3 million dollars from the Federal Department of Health and Human Services’ Administration for Community Living. Funds from this grant will enable the PA Link in supporting the operations and capacity of the aging and disability network, increase coordination of efforts and provide critical access functions to those populations most at risk, and mitigate adverse effects from COVID-19 in areas of the state.

The Aging and Disability Resource Office has established a Steering Committee to advise and identify how the grant funds can best be used to meet the objectives of the grant. On behalf of the ADRO Steering Committee, we are asking for your assistance to complete this brief survey by Friday, August 7, 2020. Your answers will provide us with valuable information and assist us in determining the best use of the funds.
