Governor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities

Listening Forum

August 29, 2018, 1:00 to 3:00 pm

The Governor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities (GAC) wants to hear what issues are important to stakeholders. The GAC provides information to the Governor’s Cabinet for People with Disabilities, which consists of department secretaries and agency heads who advise the Governor on issues affecting Pennsylvanians with disabilities.

The GAC will hold a free listening forum on August 29, 2018 to hear what topics individuals with disabilities, their families, and advocates want to be addressed. The listening forum will enable stakeholders to have their concerns and issues heard and presented to policy and decision makers in state government.

The listening forum will be held by conference call on August 29, 2018, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. To join the call, please register at https://pattaneast.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_7_va5W3wRXq-s0x7SnXKEQ.

If you wish to speak, please provide your name and the telephone number from which you will be calling to Lisa Anastasi at lanastasi@pa.gov or 717-787-2600 no later than August 27, 2018. Each speaker will be given five minutes to present their comments.

Remote Captioning will be available at: https://2020archive.1capapp.com/event/gac/. You will only have to click on the link - no log in needed.

If you have any questions, please contact Devon Grant at 717-783-4287 or dgrant@pa.gov.
